Disappeared posts

  Hi, some posts seem to have disappeared from my blog and can’t be found in the Trash folder. Is it possible that there might be a back up of my blog somewhere, so that I can retrieve these posts, please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,

  Each time you save a draft or an Update a revision, it is saved via WordPress.com – you can have up to 25 revisions stored.

  To find revisions:
  Look at your left sidebar and click “Published” or “Draft Saved”
  Underneath ‘revisions’ will appear and you can then view them. For more detailed information on how to restore a revision, etc.

  Thanks ackaeser, but your reply does not help me at all. I can’t find the original post, so I can’t find the revisions either. I wanted to know if there is a backup of my blog somewhere, so that I could try to find the posts that have disappeared.

  Hey sorry, I must have misread when I was replying. There is no backup, so unless you can find via Drafts or Trash you’re probably out of luck. One thing you could do is that you could Google for that specific post to see if that one is still in their cache.
