Disappearing bars

  This is a two-part question.

  My blog’s theme is “Selecta”. This theme usually comes with two horizontal colored bars (I call them “bars” for lack of a better term) – one large bar at the top of the page, and one small bar at the bottom. Somewhere along the way these bars disappeared and left behind thin white lines.

  Question 1: How can I get rid of the white lines?
  Question 2: How can I get the bars back, if I so choose?

  Hi. I’ve got a similar problem with unwanted bars also. I was told I need to remove a line from my header template… but, I can’t find where that is! Let me know if you can find it
