Disappearing blog?

I created a new blog under the same account, and I was able to get to the dashboard and start creating a page. I tried to publish a page, and WordPress told me I didn’t have access/permission to write to the blog I had just created. Went to my admin, it has my main blog listed but not the one I had just created (www.ianunderwoodbagpipes.wordpress.com). Can this new blog/access be retrieved?

Others have the same issue.
Will you please confirm some details?You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

Well, it seems I have access again. I just clicked on the link to the blog that I posted, and now it magically came back into existence. Odd!

Okay, found one menu where it actually does list both my sites. I am listed as admin on both. But when I click on my second one (the non-primary one), it straight up tells me I’m logged into the wrong account and have no admin privaledges.
