Disappearing images

  Twice in the last 24 hours I have had a random image disappear from an old post. When I go to re-edit that post I still see the images but they are no longer appear on the published page. They still exist in my media library. I would rather delete them from the post than have a broken link staring readers in the face. Is this a WordPress issue or something to do with my computer?

  My guess would be your browser. I often see this. Clearing the cache usually works for me.
