Disappearing photo on main page

  Today my photo on the “About” page disappeared and was replaced by a small red “X” in a box. I had not adjusted the photo. Tried deleting and replacing it; that worked, then a few hours later, I’m seeing only a red X again. Can someone advise as soon as possible? Thank you very much!
