Disappearing post

  I was trying to change the date of a post a year old so it would reappear in a couple of days time. But the post has simply disappeared altogether. It doesn’t appear in the section that has posts that will go up over the next few days – or anywhere else. It isn’t in the trash. It is simply gone. I never deleted it. One complication is that I had started a new post that had the same name, when I remembered there was already a post from a year ago that would do the job fine. So it looks as if that original post (which also had a load of links in it) has gone and the new post, which I had only just begun, has taken its place. The original post had information that I simply can’t recall, so I would very much like to get it back.
