Disappearing [sourcecode] tags in html mode
-
I am using the hosted wordpress with the Titan theme. I often embed bits of code in my blog using the tags:
[sourcecode lang="cpp" collapse="false" title=""]
[/sourcecode]Ever since the new editor (which is very nice by the way), I find that the tags will disappear as soon as I enter them. This happens whether I’m in the visual or html tab.
I can usually fiddle my way around it but it’s annoying – any ideas?

Hi olduino,
This support page:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/posting-source-code/shows you can post source code on your WordPress.com blog, although syntax highlighting isn’t supported with c.
Great site by the way!

Thanks. So that’s [code] instead of [sourcecode] with everything else the same. I may have been screwing this up for years - i'll try it.
