Disappearing thumbnails in VideoPress

  When I originally uploaded my videos, each one had a thumbnail that I could download for my self-hosted blog.
  Now all of the thumbnails in my library have turned into generic video icons. I try to update them but no image shows up.
  Any ideas on how to fix this and renegerate my thumbnails?
  What is the path to their url?

  C’mon guys. This is about the fourth post in various forums, and I have sent several emails that return with an automated-seeming message that totally misses the point of the question.

  I know how to upload and update thumbnails.

  Obviously something HAPPENED to make the thumbnails disappear.

  We’re currently investigating the issue.

  @spotonpictures, you’ll get a response via your support ticket as soon as we know more.

  Better late than never, right? I apologize for the delay in getting this back out to the forums. @spotonpictures, we responded with timely updates via your tickets. For the rest of the community, though:

  We recently released a new player for VideoPress: http://videopress.com/2010/06/30/osmf-player/

  The developers are investigating and working on remaining issues such as this one. We can’t give an exact date for when the thumbnail images for videos will be updated, but the feature is on the list to be addressed soon.
