Disapperaing links

    We have a website hosted on Godaddy and using WordPress. Our site contains links to files in cloud storage. However, these are regularly deleted/lost at random. We’re confident that the deletion or removal wasn’t done by a single user; the logs show no abnormalities. When we backed up the site, it wasn’t recovered. There’s no violation of WordPress’s community guidelines.

    I can’t find any evidence as to why these links were deleted. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform meaning WordPress’s community guidelines aren’t applicable.

    You must contact your hosting support or perhaps the cloud storage removes those links?
