disappointed service
-
Since i’ve signed up with WordPress, I’ve really not appreciated the value i got from the software. i’ve had a horrible time integrating my email with this site, which took weeks to get my DNS pointed to the right browser. each purchase I’ve been frustrated at how unusable the tools on the platform are.
I want to cancel my wodpress, it currently says I’m on the ‘Free’ plan. I was very confused and annoyed to see that when I was encouraged to sign up for Premium for $8 it took an automatic annual fee of $96 .
I want to cancel my plan . I’ve not had a good experience with your product, and I am billed for the whole year, when it’s the first website I’ve ever built.
Meanwhile, even though my Premium plan is paid for, I am currently still on the free plan! my domain name is rashi.ai. I’ve bought that domain name, and now it still says rashiai.wordpress.com when I enter my site URL.
It is not fair to be billed for 10 months that I’m not using your product as a first time user of wordpress.
Your website does not have clear marketing. It indicates a monthly plan. I am being billed annually, and I’ve been very disappointed with the quality and service. I’m hiring my own website developer now, and he insists that I should not be building on WordPress.
I want a partial refund. thank you.

Hello there,
I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties getting started. I can confirm you had a Premium Plan and switched to a Business Plan. It was canceled and refunded, which is why the site shows as free now.
Your domain and email were connected, so it looks like that issue was resolved. We would love to better understand your vision for the site should you reconsider hosting with us.
I see that we have sent an email about this issue as well, so I will close this thread. Please reply to the email with any additional questions.
