disclaier warning, archiving or error?

please how long does it usually takr for Tos to respond to my complaint request about my website contnt that is archived or suspended? Also I want to ask? If one is violating wordpress term of service without knowing it, seeing that there is a lot of laws, is there not supposed to be a prenotice warning before an action is taken against the violation?
Because I was just doing my business rightly, all of a sudden, my site disappeared and I got a disclaimer message that said its either I am violating a wordpress service terms, or my site is archived which I dont really understand or that it might be an error. Please can someone tell me something reasonable?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
