disconecting/separating domain from the plan

  I have been trying to use my domain with another host but it keeps redirecting to site.wordpress.com. how can I separate/disconnect my domain from the free plan (WordPress). I want to use it somewhere else help,

  orearadio.com ..
  whenever I want to go to orearadio.com it redirects to orearadio.wordpress.com

  http://orearadio.com/ is using the following nameserver values:

  ns107.kenyawebexperts.com
  ns108.kenyawebexperts.com

  So it is no longer connected to WordPress.

  Please wait for a while because sometimes it takes about 72 hours for the DNS changes to propagate throughout the world wide web.

  Also, try these:
  1. Clear your browsers cache and cookies.
  2. If you are using Windows, Flush your systems DNS cache by typing the following command on Command Prompt window:
  ipconfig /flushdns and then try accessing the domain.

  One more thing I accidentally removed the protection. is it possible to reset it back?

  Whe I go to dormains I see this.
  down there is protection. is it really needed or its ok when its of too

  This means protecting REGISTRANT INFORMATION from appearing on public database search engines like Whois.

  People can easily see who registered the domain name if you do not buy that protection.

  So buy that, if you want to protect your personal information.
