disconnect a site from stats
-
Hi, I am trying to disconnect a site that no longer exists from my stats.
I just get the message to install jetpack 3.3 but as the site was self hosted and has not existed for years i can’t do this and i can’t find a solution in all the searches i have made.
Can anyone help please?
Thanks

Hi,
You will have to access the settings page for your jetpack site (videofeedlondon.com) and find the option to disconnect your site. Navigate to the url
https://wordpress.com/settings/general/ , then select the site you want to delete and look for the Disconnect Jetpack option. Clicking that option should do the trick.
Do let us know if this helped. -
Hi,
Thanks for trying to help.Unfortunately when i do that, go to
https://wordpress.com/settings/general/videofeedlondon.com
I see a page for a split second which i can see has a link saying disconnect site, but before there is a chance to take action and click anything, and i have tried a number of times, the pages automatically forwards to
https://wordpress.com/statsThe only reason I ever had the site videofeedlondon.com connected was because i had installed the stats plugin
I eventually deleted the site, this was ages ago, but now when I have gone back to wordpress.com I found this old site in the stats dashboard.
Thanks
