Disconnect expired self-hosted sites from my account

  How can I disconnect self-hosted sites that don’t exist anymore from my WordPress.com account?

  I have several, and they pollute the admin. Here’s a screenshot. You can recognize the expired sites by the warning icon behind their titles:
