Disconnect Jetpack
-
I have a single old blog that is showing under ‘Manage Blogs’ that was linked via Jetpack at some point. Now that the site is gone I cannot remove this blog from the dashboard. Please can you delete it?
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Hi there,
Our support page provides a guide on how to remove self-hosted WordPress site from your WordPress.com account:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/
If you have any questions or trouble with the disconnection, let me know, and I’d be happy to assist.
Cheers,

The site no longer exists so it cannot be done. There is an error clicking on the site in the dashboard. I’ve read about other people having this issue in the forums and they’ve been told someone from the support team would need to sort it out.

Hello,
I have verified that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. It is hosted by Krystal Hospedagem LTDA. Have you tried contacting your host directly to request removal from the blog?
WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are different. Check it out: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
This forum is only focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

Hi there @ngnpope I have disconnected the site from your account as requested.
Hi there @julinedossantos1 first of all, thanks for jumping in to help so many people! As for this particular issue, Jetpack is another Automattic product. It brings the already built-in WordPress.com features to WordPress.org sites, and as such, we can help with most of it here too.
