Disconnect Jetpack and Remove Monitor for My Site

    Hi,
    I had previously connected my site to Jetpack but have now removed the plugin from my WordPress site. Despite that, Jetpack Monitor is still pinging my site and I keep receiving downtime alerts.

    How to remove all Jetpack and WordPress.com connections from my account.
    I do not wish to transfer ownership or use Jetpack anymore.
