Disconnect JetPack for an Old Dead Site

  I would like to disconnect JetPack for an old dead site that no longer exist.

  Can you please delete http://www.d1clan.com from my account, the site and domain do not exist any more.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have tried that and it does not work. It removes then when I refresh the page it’s still there.
