Disconnect my wordpress account from a website

I retired and no longer want to be connected to my former employer’s wordpress website. I cannot find a way to do that anywhere. I am sure the answer is easy but it is not obvious.
WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

At the moment I’m unable to see if yours is a WordPress.com or WordPress.org site you are talking about, but I will offer an answer as if it is a WordPress.com hosted site.
This article offers more information about how to change user roles and permissions for a WordPress.com website:

To check which type of user you are in your WordPress.com account for this site, you can check which kind of user you are for that site by navigating to the Users –> All Users menu on your WPAdmin panel.
You will have to have the site administrator remove your connection to the website by following the steps here:

Hi there,
Is this for http://smpha.org/?
I see you’re the owner of the Jetpack connection for that site, so you might first want to transfer ownership of the connection to whoever is managing the site now (assuming they’re still using Jetpack).
Go to My Sites ->Switch Site and select the correct site. Then go to Settings ->General. At the bottom you’ll see an option to manage the Jetpack connection. Click that.
On the next page you’ll see both the options to transfer the Jetpack connection to another user on the site, and to disconnect Jetpack.
Just to be clear, this will only remove the site from your WordPress.com username account. To remove your user account on the site itself, another admin on the site will need to do that from within WP-Admin – as the site isn’t hosted here on WordPress.com, we don’t have any control over user accounts on the site itself.
