Disconnect old deleted site from my Jet Pack
-
How do I delete an old JetPack connection from my account? I no longer have the website, so I cannot visit the admin dashboard. I also do not see the site listed under My Site. If I try to add a new site, I get an error saying ‘Please check your primary site’s JetPack connection.’

Hello,
I had 2 old websites – NurseBackpacker.com and OneCanadianPassport.com. I’m not sure which one is coming into play here.
Any help is greatly appreciated! :)

The only site connected to this account is NurseBackpacker.com.
I have removed that connection for you.

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, I still cannot access the wp-admin page for my new domain (carrienormand.ca). When I type “carrienormand.ca/wp-admin” into the address bar, I get a privacy error:
Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from http://www.onecanadianpassport.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more
NET::ERR_CERT_INVALIDAny idea what may be causing this and how to fix this?
Thanks again for your help.

Hi Carrie, that site is not hosted here on our servers, so we can’t fix this for you.
You’re seeing this message because /wp-admin redirects to a different address, that does not match the name on your SSL Certificate.
I’d recommend asking your host for help with these options:
