Disconnect own domain from a deleted blog

    I’d like to transfer my own domain (turski.me) to a blog (tadturski.wordpress.com), but it’s been impossible because it’s still connected to the blog I deleted (tadthepole.wordpress.com).
    When I use ‘Transfer to another site’ on ‘My upgrades’ site it claims to be successful, but in fact it isn’t. Any other available way ends with messages that the domain is already connected to wordpress.com blog.
    So I’m being stuck as sorting this problem out is beyond my powers; my own domain is temporarily switched to a different ISP to keep the site alive, but the problem above existed before the switch.

    I’ve made that switch for you. turski.me should now be pointing to your new site. If you are still being sent to your older site, you may need to delete your browser’s cache.
