Disconnect/Swap Out Primary Site

  Hello,
  I no longer have access to the primary site and would like to remove it.

  I tried to follow the instructions I found online but I don’t see how to be able to change it. I click on ‘My Site’ and all it does is take me to a window with the message as note below.

  The message I keep getting is, ‘Please check you primary site’s Jetpack connection’ and I no longer have access to the primary site.

  Please help! Thank you.

  Hi,
  Thank you for the response.

  Yes, I have already tried to follow those steps, but when I click on ‘My Site’, it only gives me this message: ‘Please check you primary site’s Jetpack connection’

  And it does not give me any other option.

  So it appears the instructions given on that page is applicable to me. Is there another way that I can disconnect a site?
