Disconnect Website from my account

I have spent hours trying to work out how to disconnect the Venus Concept store from my account. But cant do it!
I need to disconnect and reconnect the clients details so the woocommerce labels get sent to their email instead of mine.WP.com: Unknown

I understand your frustrations with the issue you are facing. It appears your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. You are using the WordPress.org software on a different host. Thus you may seek help from either the support team of your host provider, your theme developers or the WordPress.org forums.

Are you speaking of the Jetpack connection for http://www.vcorders.com.au?
You should be able to disconnect it yourself from either Settings ->General here on WordPress.com, or from Jetpack ->Dashboard in the WP-Admin menu for the site:
If you make your client an admin on the site and they connect that admin account to their own WordPress.com account, you might also be able to transfer ownership of the connection directly, without having to disconnect first:
