Disconnected Site, no longer under "My Sites"

In the midst of trying to correct a separate issue I have somehow “disconnected” my site and it is no longer showing up under “My Sites” in the main dashboard. Am I able to reconnect it somehow?
It’s not even in the drop down menu when selecting which blog I need help with for this question…

Just a note- the last line of my initial question “The blog I need help with is k4tsmeow.wordpress.com.” is incorrect. My site just wasn’t on the list to choose from. The site I need help with is katcophotography.com
