Disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack – loss of email subscribers

After disconnecting and then reconnecting our email subscribers appear to be missing.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built in to WordPress.COM blogs. Therefore, you may want to share you solution on the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.ORG.
