Disconnecting another account

  Hi,

  I wonder if you can help.

  I previously worked for a company (www.cresent.co.uk) who, when setting up my access to their website used my existing WordPress username (completely unknowingly). I wasn’t able to change my username on their website, but I don’t really want to have to change my existing one here – as I’ve had it for much longer, but if I do this will it disconnect my connection with the Cresent site?

  Or is there anything else I can do to separate the two? I keep receiving notifications for the Cresent site, although I don’t work there.

  The site http://www.cresent.co.uk is a self-hosted WordPress site. Are you able to see the site on the My Sites listing on your WordPress.com account? If yes, you can try to disconnect the site by following the steps here.
