Disconnecting domain problem

  I want to disconnect my domain from WordPress. GoDaddy sees it correctly connected to my new (nonWordPress) webite; they see it connected to my domain. But on my, third, side it’s still somehow ghost-connected to WordPress. ‘Something unexpected happened while accessing this website. It looks like it doesn’t have an active domain connection upgrade to link the requested domain name to the WordPress.com site.

Please log in to your WordPress.com account and review the status of your plan and domain. ‘ my blog doesn’t exist anymore and i haven’t been subscribing to the paid option in MONTHS. why does it think i want it connected to WordPress?

  I can confirm that there is no longer a domain mapping subscription associated with your account, so everything should be good to go now!
