Disconnecting my domain

  I would like disconnect my domain from wordpress and connect it to another service.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy,

  Since your domain is within the first 60-days, we can change the nameservers to a different service, but can’t transfer the domain to a different registrar (this is a rule governing all domain names, not just WordPress.com).

  You can change the nameservers (provided by the new service) by following the instructions at change name servers or I’m happy to help with the process as well if you could provide information on what service you’ll use with the domain.

  I’d like to move my domain to squarespace. If you could help me out with that would be great!

  Hi,

  Looking at your account, it looks like you’ve already pointed your domain to SquareSpace, so you’re all set. After 60 days, you can transfer your domain to a different registrar. If you don’t transfer, please be sure to renew your domain at https://davidjsitt.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades next year.
