disconnecting site

I need to disconect a site that hasn’t been active since 2011. I can’t find the disconnect Jetpack or any disconnecting options under site settings.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The site I am trying to eliminate is https://citysnatch.wordpress.com
I am also creating a new site under other account, but for some reason WordPress keeps re-directing me to that old site on my browser, it’s causing conflict with new sites and there is not delete option under settings on my Dashboard. -
@jatcollins okay, that isn’t a Jetpack site. You can remove it here:
https://wordpress.com/settings/Scroll down and choose to either delete it (if you are positive you will never need that address again, since it will be disabled) or make it private.
If you need help adding a new site, let us know. The interface should let you handle multiple sites.

Thank you for your help, I followed your link and tried to select the site that I want to eliminate. No deleting/settings options appear when I click on it and it won’t even link me to another page. It’s like the link is broken (Settings Citysnatch.Wordpress.Com). I tried three different browsers and it keeps happening. The worst thing is that i’ts conflicting with the new site that I am creating.

@jatcollins got it, you actually cannot delete the site, since you are not an administrator.
Do you want us to remove you, or do you want to work with the site’s admin / owner to delete it?
