  i delete the blog and i can not disconnect it from WordPress.com

  Hey there,

  WordPress.com addresses are not deleted.

  Please take a look at this support document:

  Another thing to know: Once you delete your blog, you will not be able to get it back.

  Addresses (URLs) for blogs that have been deleted by the owner will remain deleted. We cannot, under any circumstances, allow someone to take over the address of a blog that was previously owned and deleted by its original/previous owner.
