Disconnet Jetpack sites

Hello,
I have a number of sites that I would like disconnected from Jetpack stats on WordPress.com. As I no longer have access to these sites, I am not sure how to disconnect them. The sites are:
– http://www.ifuw-forums.org/blog
– http://www.anamaria.ca
– http://www.ifuw.org
– http://www.ifuw.org/members
– projectlife.vererice.comThank you for any help on how to disconnect these sites!

Thanks so much for your help. I have confirmed in my dashboard that the sites are gone.The one you said you couldn’t find remains though. The link, copied directly from my dashboard, is:

Hi Ana,
I see life.vererice.com but I cannot find projectlife.vererice.com. Do you want to delete: life.vererice.com?
