Discount being treated as a SKU – woocommerce

    I use a couple of different discount plugins for my woocommerce store. When a customer takes advantage of a discount it sends a SKU to my ShipStation manager as a line item SKU. The SKU shows as ‘total-discount’. The plugin developers all point to woocommerce.

    My problem is that I use a barcode reader to make sure the orders in ShipStation are correctly fulfilled. Now, my fulfillment team has to type in the words ‘total-discount’ to get the order to clear.

    In a perfect world, I would love this to come over as a discount and not a line item. If this is not possible, I would like to change the text ‘total-discount’ to a UPC barcode so they could scan it.

    The rub is that each of the different types of discount generate a different text URL.

    Hoping someone can deliver a solution of a path to follow.
