  Hello,
  I am currently trying to upgrade to a premium plan because I found a 40% off discount code, but there is a 15% discount code in my cart that I can’t get rid off. I’d like to use the 40% off instead please.

  Good morning, I have a very hard time on WordPress right now. I truly need help. The promo section is not available. I tried to use hard refresh and started too many times the purchase process. Nothing change. The Live Support Chat is not available and many errors unable me to post my own message on the Forums. Could you please help me?

  Hi samyelmeziani,

  The promo section is not available.

  The option to enter a promo code is available on the left hand side of the checkout page. You should be able to enter a promo code there.

  The Live Support Chat is not available

  Live Chat support is a feature of paid plans. You are currently using the Free plan, which is why you don’t see the option to contact us that way.
