Discount code is not being accepted

    I have received a discount code to upgrade my account by email, however when I click on the link to upgrade my plan the code states it is invalid for this user. I am unsure why and winder what support I can get in regards to it.

    Hi there,

    Instead of clicking the link in the email, go to My Site ->Upgrades ->Plans and manually add the plan you want. Then type in the coupon code on the checkout page. Does it work if you do it this way?

    If not, can you confirm the discount code you received?
