discount code not working

  I was offered a new user discount in my email this morning for 15% off any plan upgrade. I am trying to use it now (it expires tomorrow) and the site says it is not valid. I would like to get this offer, but am frustrated that the discount will not apply.

  I would like to upgrade to the premium plan with the code NC15MY. WordPress reports, “We couldn’t find your coupon. Please check your coupon code and try again.”

  @reactivedogpro was that particular code sent to the address listed here?
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  If you received it for a different account it may only work with that one.

  Here’s what I’d recommend, though.

  – Go to https://wordpress.com/pricing and add the plan you want

  – Go the cart page

  – Click help to reach out

  Once the plan is in your cart we should be able to see what offers are available there.
