    Hello.

    Hello,

    I see in my account that if i pay the domain for 1 year i get a discount of 55% – but when i try to make the payment is saying i have to pay the full price plus taxes.

    You mentioned on forum i have a reply by email – but there is no reply received.

    I have also checked again and the discount does not apply.

    I also want to register a new domain and i have the same error with the price and discount.

    Can you support?

    Howdy!

    If you subscribe to an annual hosting plan, you could save up to 55% on monthly costs. A new hosting plan purchase also comes with a free domain for the first year. Once you make those purchases, the option to email support will be unlocked and available to you. If you don’t mind, what plan were you thinking of purchasing? What kind of site will you be building?

    Hello,

    The site is cutiacupraline.wordpress.com and i would like to update it with a domain – i chose Starter plan at 48 US$ per year.

    I have the discount is showing in your photo – but – when i try to finalize the payment – the total is 52.12 $ – so no discount is applied.

    The discount would be against the monthly plans. As you can see here, the monthly plan would be $18/month, while the annual price is $8/month paid annually. That is the 55% discount.

    Hello,

    You refer to Explorer plan – while i was talking about Starter plan.

    Starter is 4$/per month – this means 48$ year. This price is without the discount.

    So with the discount is should be lower – and for me is showing the same amount of 48$ when i want to pay for the entire year.

    As you can see, if you choose the monthly plan, you will pay $9/month, totaling $108 a year. However, paying for the plan all at once would be $48, a 55% discount. Beyond that, there are no other discounts for either option.
