Discrepancy between my wordpress.com blog and other main website powered by wordpress

I’m new to WordPress, not to programming, but definitely to WordPress. haha. I am the author, owner and admin of both cfdemarcophoto.wordpress.com blog and cfdemarcophoto.com, hosted by GoDaddy, using CPanel, etc, but still powered by wordpress. I have both showing up as sites owned by me, but reader seems to only work for the WordPress.com blog. When I go to share, it asks me witch site, and if I select my main site (cfdemarcophoto.com) I get an error saying to update jetpack. Same error if I try to press the posts directly as well. When I try to update jetpack, my account says not allowed by admin. But I am admin for both sites. The only admin, the only member. There seems to be a discrepancy and misunderstanding between both my sites, even though they both direct to the same, author, admin and account holder.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

cfdemarcophoto.com is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting hosted by GoDaddy.com that we do not provide support for.

We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/

Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
    http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack

However, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
    Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

I am a member of of WordPress.com, and I really enjoy the reader and community. I also have a webpage in addition to that account. It is powered by WordPress.org, and registered under WordPress.org. So I am registered under both, and really like the features of both but having issues as it seems they may not be registered with the same info. So I’m trying to straighten that out I suppose. It seems to me there is support for those who are members of both and using both. The options are there for administrators of each, and both accounts show up, but I only seem to have admin privileges on one. It’s a bit confusing I suppose.
