Discrepancy in Domain Offer During Checkout

    Hi Team,

    I am in the process of setting up my profile on Gravatar.com and selected the domain name rakeshrangadal.com. The offer indicates that the domain is free for the first year; however, during checkout, I am being shown a chargeable amount.

    Could you please review the checkout page and help resolve this discrepancy?

    Only certain suffixes are free for the first year and .com is not one of them. See:-

    Hello, So, I created a profile on Gravatar, and in the profile creation process, it said I can get a custom domain for free for the 1st year. However, when I went to check out the domain, it charged me $13. The support team said that the custom domain is only available for free if you have an annual paid plan or a paid hosting plan.     If you are aiming to get a free domain for one year, you will need to choose an eligible TLD.
