discrepencies between 2 themes

  When I use the “Twenty-Eleven” theme, I get 4 child pages below the parent page as I should. When I switch to the “Paperpunch” theme, the 4th page is not shown in the drop down. I’ve switched back and forth several times. My instructor in the ed2go WordPress class didn’t have an answer. I wanted to see if anyone here could explain this difference.

  This means that on Paperpunch you have selected a custom menu that doesn’t include that 4th child page, and on 2011 you have selected a different custom menu or no custom menu.
  When you create a custom menu, you set it as your top menu by selecting it from the Theme Locations pulldown (in Appearance > Menus). This selection isn’t retained when you switch to a different theme.
