I find that because we have not paid for our site that we do not get the support that we need. You would rather support the ones who have paid. My Husband and i are not at all computer savvy,so we don’t want to pay for something as of yet till we can learn. On the support page ( not the forum page) It says we want to make you happy we will contact you. Im not happy in fact i don’t see my post anymore.
