  The “discussion” page in “options” in the admin control panel doesn’t work. It always redirects me to my host’s website. I checked my ftp and I have the php file for it. Just in case you need this information, I have wordpress 2.0.5.

  As you have a host it makes sense that you contact him. This is wordpress.com support forum, which is only for bloggers hosted by wordpress.com on the wp multiuser blogging platform. We cannot help you here. This is because you have downloaded different software than ours. Your host can help you and it’s what you pay him to do.

  TT, just for reference, I made two fixes to your copy and paste there.

  “hosted by wordpress.com” sounds more specific and less confusing than “hosted by wordpress”

  “We can not help you here” also sounds more specific.
