Discussion settings don\'t seem to be working correctly

  For my ”revroseb” wordpress blog I have comments allowed when someone fills in their name and email address. However, it appears that a wordpress user ID and login are required to comment. Nothing I do corrects this.

  Hi Richard,

  I went to your site and tried to post a comment logged out, and found out that I was able to as seen here:

  

  Can you please log out of WordPress.com completely and try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  Then, visit your site and try to add a comment.
