Dislocated sidebar

  My sidebar is not in the sidebar location it is split in two with the blog post between the two sections. I tried the self help directions for layout issues. But that didn’t work. I tried changing themes but the dislocated sidebar never fixes itself.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Bon Press is not a 3 column theme with two sidebars. BonPress supports one sidebar, which is displayed just after the main navigation on the left hand site. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/bonpress/

  You’re probably viewing the blog in a narrow device. BonPress has a “responsive” layout: it shrinks to adapt to different screen resolutions and devices, and when it gets too narrow it turns the sidebar into a footer.

  Timethief I know that. I was saying my sidebar was not behaving as it is suppose to.

  Your sidebar was behaving as it was supposed to. You can’t turn responsive to fixed except if you have the Custom Design upgrade. Without the upgrade you can only do what you did: switch to a different theme.

  I have installed the Bonpress theme in my wordpress website on my lcoal server. The colour scheme (Orange, Blue, Pink, Black) is not working. I want the Blue Colour but it just sticks with the default Orange Colour. Does anyone know how to achieve this by manually editing the code.
