  I am gretting website cannot be displayed…admin too…I tried FTP ( I think ) but really have no clue what I am doing

  That site is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. I’m sorry but we don’t answer WordPress.org support questions here. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  No it is not the same. We provide support here only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and no others. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress>COM blogs.
