Display author name

Hi, we are a multi-blogger site. Is there a way to show each author’s name along with a few of their postings?
I notice that I need to give author permission to every author but the problem is we don’t give such permission as writings are submitted by email and therefore posted by only administrator account.
Can we do that by tagging, and display it with author grid widget with some CSS tweak? Much appreciated for your help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Some themes do this automatically. For others, you can use the Author Widget in the sidebar and/or use their name as a category or tag.

Thank you Rain, but I’m afraid that’s not what we meant. We only use one author (or in this case administrator) to post all of the writings. And we want a separate author’s name, other than administrator, without giving author permission to each writer. Is that possible?

Then you’ll have to use my second suggestion: use their name as a category or tag if they are recurring authors, or do things the way I do, with a Contributor’s Page and a bio and head shot in the post.

You can also create a text widget that looks like the author widget, but links to each author’s category/tag.

Would you mind to tell us the script of the text to link each to each authors’ tag? Or is there any online tutorial to do this? Thank you in advance.
