Display full post instead of excerpt

  Hello

  I recently made this website
  http://www.hamsterglede.no/

  Under the blog page, I would very much like to be able to display full posts including images instead of excerpts.
  Under settings -＞Reading -＞I have enabled “full text”, but it does not seem to work. What can I do to change this?

  Im very new to all this, so i´m not familiar with HTML, CSS and all the stuff that comes with building a webpage.
