Display in IE vs Firefox
-
My blog vzentil.wordpress.com looks ok in IE v6 but incorrect (messes with the center post area and side bar) in Firefox.
Any ideas how to correct this? The theme has been modified with CSS.

No ideas on how to correct it, sorry. But I’d say that you’re better off getting it in a later version of IE and Firefox. Not many people are still using IE6.

I using Firefox 3.0.2 it looks fine to me also.
Is it maybe your use to how the site looks with IE ?
-
It it hard to describe how it looks too bad I can’t leave an image here. I guess the easiest way to check is to look at one of the pages. All the images should be on a black background with dark gray on the side. What I see in Firefox is that the top part of the top image is half in black and all the other images have a background of dark grey.
Also the home page has an image (flowers) that is half in black and half in dark grey. The correct display is the flowers are on a black background with the sidebar a dark grey.
I don’t remember why but we can’t use IE7 here it causes some odd problem.
If it looks ok to you in Firefox, I must have something set wrong but have no idea what it might be.

Aright I checkout your site with IE7 & Firefox 3,
and your site appeared the same color wise which
looked fine on my end here some screen shots of what I saw.Teck

Do note i took a small portion of the flower from top to bottom
because of copy right reasons so the photo might not look like the flower
photo in your article on your home page. I believe its the 2nd article
I Took a small portion of the flower photo for reference reasons.P.s. I will be deleting the screen shots later today because
of limited bandwidth through screencast.comTeck

teck07, thanks for your efforts on this problem. You are looking at the wrong blog. The problem exists on http://www.vzentil.wordpress.com – the screen shots you show are from http://www.onpainting.wordpress.com.
Thanks,

For feature reference you could use Jing Project
to provide Screen shots.http://jingproject.com/That is what I used to provide the screen shots above.
