    Hi there,

It looks like you’re trying to display Instagram posts on your site, but something isn’t quite working as expected.

One thing that can help is to remove the Instagram block or connection you’ve added and then reconnect it again. When you do, just double-check that the profile link or post link you’re using is valid and still working.

I had a look at your site and noticed the Instagram link currently set is https://www.instagram.com/yin.flow_/. When I tried opening it on my end, it didn’t load — so it might be worth confirming whether that’s the right account. (Your Facebook link seems to be working just fine.)

If you’d like to explore a bit more about embedding Instagram posts on your WordPress.com site, this guide walks through all the steps: https://wordpress.com/support/instagram/

Let me know how it goes!

    Hello

    thank you for the comment.
I cannot find the place where these stuff are to be updated.

Could you check that the link is:https://www.instagram.com/_yin.flow__/

    Thank you.

When i want to reconnect then i got the message: There was a problem exchanging an Instagram access token for a long lived one.
I think this is a bug

Just dropping this support guide information here in case this is relevant:

Use the Latest Instagram Posts block to display an automatically updating grid of your latest posts from your Instagram account. You can display Instagram posts on your site as long as you have a professional Instagram account – it’s free to convert your personal Instagram to a professional business or creator account.

Also, in case it’s relevant, if you have a WordPress.com Business or Commerce account, you don’t need to post to the community forums. You are eligible for priority direct support by following this guide.

  • Hi @yinflowzh!

Is it possible for you to verify if you are able to connect Instagram again?

Thanks for confirming if you were expecting to see your feed displayed on a specific page/post or section of your site. We’ll be happy to investigate.

I’m having a similar issue. I don’t know when the block stopped working, but it wants me to reconnect my account. Easy enough, right? Unfortunately, wrong. I click to connect my account and get a general message that an error occurred and to try again later. I’ve cleared my cache and cookies, tried on 3 browsers (Brave, Chrome, and Edge), deleted and added a new version of the block, ensured 3rd party cookies are enabled, and scoured forums to no avail. My website is modernlegalsolutions.com and my Instagram account is also @modernlegalsolutions.

  • Hello @yinflowzh,
We had a bug around the time you posted that caused this error:
“There was a problem exchanging an Instagram access token for a long-lived one.”

The good news is that this has since been fixed! Could you please try reconnecting your Instagram account now and let us know how it goes?

    Hello @agodles,
Thanks for reaching out. When you mentioned trying to reconnect your account, could you share the exact error message you’re seeing?

Also, it would be great if you could email us at help@wordpress.com so we can follow up directly and investigate further, just in case your issue is separate from the one we fixed.

    Looking forward to your update!

yes, that was what I was thinking cause all the setup that I’ve done was correct – I checked it several times. After some days it started to work again
