  If I change my blog’s display name, will that affect existing links with my followers?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Let’s make sure we are on the same page with the question at hand. Are you referring to what folks see in their browser address bar? Or just text on the site?

  I am concerned that if I change the name from displayed crimsonprose to crispina kemp, that the many links that already exist between my blog and various followers will be broken.
  Although I can’t see how that can happen, since I’m not changing the url (crimsonprose.wordpress.com). But I need to be certain before I take the plunge.

  @crimsonprose if you don’t change the URL, then the links won’t break. The name displayed is only text and won’t affect any of the links.
