Display of themes

  Whatever I try from forums and support the themes selection thumbnails will not display.
  I have used the themes link on the customise menu item. I just get the squares with no images. I have not used wordpress.com before and this is putting me off. I have tried the solutions on the forums and none seem to work

  If so, would you send a screenshot of what you see when you head to My Site > Themes? This article explains how:

  The browsers I am using are Chrome and Firefox. The problem occurs on both.
  I am new to this forum. I have taken a screenshot, but how do I attach it to this message?

  You can upload it to your site’s (cyclistscoach.wordpress.com) Media Library and we’ll be able to see it.

  I posted a screenshot in the media library of cyclistscoach.wordpress.com I have tried the site in Chrome, Firefox, Safari on a Windows 7 desktop and a Windows 10 laptop. All have the same result – no themes displayed.

  If you go to https://wordpress.com/themes/ in a different browser tab are you able to see the theme thumbnails displayed? Is it only when you are signed in to your account that the issue occurs?
