Display only articles from my site

    I am new to WordPress. I have just created an account on wordpress.com and I have added a few articles with categories and tags.
    When I click on a tag or category, it shows me all the articles on wordpress.com having that tag/category assigned.
    I would like to see only the articles that I have entered. Is this possible?

    If you click on your category names in the categories widget in the sidebar, it will take you to your categories on your blog (local).

    If you click on the tag or category name listed by your post (above or below) it takes you to the wordpress global tags pages. That is the way it is designed and is not likely to change. The global tags pages get a lot of search engine juice which means you in turn get search engine juice off of them.
